1. Start preparing seedlings in February-March. Sow the seeds in a container with moistened soil. You can buy neutral soil for flowering plants or prepare it yourself from sand and peat. No need to cover the seeds with soil.
2. Spray them with water and cover with glass or another transparent material. The optimal temperature for active sprout emergence is 22-24 °C, humidity – 100 percent.
3. When sprouts appear, adjust the conditions. The temperature should be reduced to 18-21 °C, humidity – approximately halved. The duration of daylight should be about 10 hours.
4. After 4-6 weeks, perform picking: transplant the sprouts from the common container into separate ones. Then again reduce the temperature (to 16-17 °C) and ensure the soil remains moist.
5. From mid-May, you can plant the seedlings in a permanent place. If it’s a pot, choose a large one (15-20 liters).
